Our return policy reflects this mindset because we do all that we can to ensure you have the perfect furniture and mattress in your home. So, if you get home with your new loveseat and decide that it just doesn’t quite work, we offer a standard 10-day return policy. If beyond that 10 day mark and there is a special circumstance, we’ll do our best to see what we can do to help, but the item still needs to be in perfect condition. As for any special orders, the return policy is if you would like to return it, it’s a 20% restocking fee, but if you decide to then purchase something else, it may go down to a 10% fee.
